Sewage water treatment, water recycling system, 3.14 regenerated water system is a kind of integrated sewage treatment and recycling equipment self designed and researched by our company with Membrane Bioreactor used as the main treatment process. The system uses the contamination-resistant MBR membrane developed by our company, which has the independent intellectual property rights, eight invention patents, and reached the international advanced level with dozens of large-scale demonstration projects already for achieving energy-saving, emission reduction, improved efficiency as well as increased treatment capacity. The 3.14 reclaimed water device produced by our company have already been exported to many developed countries such as USA and Australia etc. with good achievement both environmentally and economically; 3.14 reclaimed water device being evaluated for sewae treatment project as a promotional item by the National Ministry of Construction. The device by China Life property and Casualty Insurance Company Limited provides insurance.
We provide vertical type (LS type) and shallow buried type (QS type) shop prefabricated complete sewage treatment and reuse systems including dozens of sizes; the purpose for supply of this kind of system is to treat the domestic sewage and similar industrial waste water to meet the requirement for safety reuse. This specification mainly describes the scope of applications, characteristics, operation method and technical data of the treatment system.

Characteristics
Sewage water treatment, water recycling system, This system is a integrally assembled system with anoxic tank, MBR bioreactor, sludge tank, fresh water tank and equipment operation room combined and installed in one big tank featuring compact structure, simplified flow process, less ground area required (only 1/3-1/2 the occupying area of traditional system), easy capacity expansion, high level of automation, convenient and easy operation and maintenance and easy relocation any time; the system may be delivered to the project site for immediate operation without extra work for secondary constuction.
With sewage treatment and water purification operations combined in the same structure, the system may be either installed underground at shallow depth or put on the ground floor; the system operation will have no impact on the surrounding environment as basically no sludge is produced from the system operation; moreover the system also has outstanding advantages including excellent treatment efficiency, high reliable performance, stable outlet water quality and less operation cost.
When used for the treatment of municipal sewage, the system features high removal rate of pollutants, high performance in nitrification and simultaneous nitrification and denitrification reactions; with its capability for removal of nitrogen and phosphor, the system is extremely suitable for treatment of municipal sewage and distributed type sewage water; the outlet water from the system may be eigher reused or directtly discharged meeting discharge standared; the system can meet the requirement for different water qualities from different customers.
The packing made of new-type environment-friendly active ion materials inside the fresh water disinfection tank can not only disinfect the water, but also can remove the heavy metal ions in the outlet water effectively, which not only avoides the possible secondary pollution resulted from disinfection by chemical cleaning, but also reduce the content of the heavy metal ions in the outlet water, thus bringing great improvement of the reuse water quality.
The aeration pipes for the MBR bioreactor include two streams, one is for aeration of the surrounding activated sludge, the other is for aeration for the membranes of the membrane components. The purpose for aerating the membraned is to let the membraned in collision each other bye the scouring force from aeration to make the calcified sludge on the membrane surface disintegrated so that the membrane flux may be greatly improved and the service life of the membrane is extened accordingly, which accordingly contributes to the reduction of operation cost.

Precess flow sheet
The sewage flows through the bar screen (mechanical bar screen or manual bar screen) with screening gap of 1-3mm to intercept and remove large-sized suspended solids and foreign objects before flowing to the sewage equalization tank; after being equalized in the equalization tank for both water flow rte and quality, the sewage water is lifted to the anoxic tank by the sewage lifting pump where the water will have hydrolysis acidification reaction, the the water flows to the MBR biological treatment system, which is divided into pretreatment treatment system and bioreactor; whether the pretreatment tank is needed or not depends on the influent water quality and requirement for the outlet water quality. Submerged type flat sheet membranes are installed in the bioreactor to have the opertion mode of MBR-aerobic.
The outlet water for MBR bioreactor may be directly sent to the reuse water tank where disinfectant or UV and active ion materials are used for the water disinfection; the water is then discharged or pumped to intermediate water pipe network for reuse ater the water quality is tested meeting standard.
